Beating the January Pinch - Giving Back to Our Members

January is famously a tough month. The festive glow has faded, the nights are still long, and wallets everywhere are feeling the pinch after Christmas. At the Club, we know that this time of year can be challenging, and we believe it’s more important than ever to look after the people who support us all year round - our members.

That’s why this January we’re giving a little something back.

Throughout the whole of January, we’re running a £1 off all alcoholic drinks promotion, available Sunday to Thursday. That means £1 off draught beers, bottled drinks and spirits, making it a bit easier to enjoy a pint, a glass, or a catch up with friends without worrying quite so much about the cost.

The Club has always been about community. It’s a place to meet, relax, celebrate, commiserate, and feel at home. We know that even small gestures can make a difference, and this promotion is our way of saying thank you for your continued loyalty and support - especially during a month with 50,000 days.

As always, the promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Committee, but our intention is simple: to support our members and keep the Club welcoming, affordable, and thriving during the quieter months.

£1 Off Alcohol Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion offers £1 off all alcoholic drinks, including draught beer, bottled drinks and spirits.
2. The offer is valid Sunday to Thursday only.
3. The promotion runs throughout January, from 1 January to 31 January inclusive.
4. The discount applies to standard serving sizes only. 
   1. For double spirit measures, a maximum discount of £1 will apply (not £2).
   2. This offer is not applicable to half pints.
5. This offer is subject to availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
6. The promotion is available to members only in accordance with club rules.
7. Management and the Committee reserve the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
8. The Club operates a Challenge 25 policy. Proof of age may be required. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18.
9. Responsible drinking is encouraged. The Club reserves the right to refuse service.
